Responsibilities
Installation, program, commission and service of electronic control and building automation systems in commercial and industrial buildings within stated timeframes and per plans and specifications
Installation of devices associated with building control and automation systems per eccotrol standards
Check out and commissioning of building control and automation systems per eccotrol standards
Accurately complete control and energy management systems programming
Support the project manager during all phases of the project including milestone deliverables, documentation, case management, and financial aspects
Produce submittals and as built drawings from project documents within stated timeframes and per eccotrol standards
Program all aspects of electronic control and building automation systems in commercial and industrial buildings
Check out and commissioning of building control and automation systems per eccotrol standards
Generate graphics to eccotrol standards
When posed with a problem, identify solutions and alternatives and complete troubleshooting / service of building control and automation systems. Based on problems, identify and propose process improvements to prevent problems in the future
Qualification
Required
Building automation experience or field applicable experience
Installation, programming, commissioning and servicing of electronic control and building automation systems in commercial and industrial buildings
Installation of devices associated with building control and automation systems per eccotrol standards
