Peer Support Program Manager
The S.C. Coalition Against Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault (SCCADVASA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence. They are seeking a Peer Support Program Manager to oversee the establishment of wellness and support services for BIPOC survivors, manage a culturally specific team of advocates, and ensure effective outreach and retention efforts.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee peer-based support services for survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and stalking, including healing circles and wellness programming
Provide limited direct survivor support and backup crisis response as needed, using trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches
Ensure the delivery of holistic, wraparound services through coordination with internal teams and external community partners
Manage the Peer Support program budget, including monitoring expenses, reviewing purchase requests, and ensuring alignment with funding requirements
Ensure that all grant deliverables related to the Peer Support program are met on time and in compliance with the funder’s expectations
Oversee program documentation, case management systems, and data tracking platforms, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with ethical and grant standards
Maintain and oversee program data, workflows, and dashboards across required data systems to support reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement
Supervise, train, and support Peer Support team members; participate in hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, and professional development
Lead and manage survivor outreach initiatives, including the Survivor Pantry and Bee Box programs, encompassing inventory management, volunteer coordination, partner engagement, and reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners; represent The Hive at outreach events, trainings, and collaborative meetings to strengthen survivor access to services
Qualification
Required
Must have a master's degree in counseling, social work, or a similar field
Must have a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience working with individuals and/or groups
SC licensure or in progress and under supervision (i.e., LPCS, LPC, LMFT, LMFTS, LMSW, LISW-CP) preferred
Experience in conducting and facilitating risk, suicide, and safety assessments and interventions
Skilled in providing administrative and clinical supervision with a minimum 2 years of management experience
Ability to organize workflow, prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal direction, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and virtual meeting apps (Microsoft Teams & Zoom)
Demonstrate initiative and professionalism, and demonstrate a high level of critical thinking skills
Strong commitment to The Hive Community Circle's mission and philosophy
Preferred
Experience working with survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and/or abuse, highly preferred
Experience working with underserved populations and/or facilitating training is preferred
