They are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will provide critical support for engineering, construction, and operations services projects, manage contracts, and offer comprehensive administrative support across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Assist Engineering & Construction, Asset Performance & Innovation and other organizations as needed with project initiation, execution, and closeout activities

Create, manage, route, execute, and track contracts and requisitions. Audit contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and required approvals

Maintain SharePoint sites for contract and project documentation management

Support material requisition processes and coordinate with procurement teams

Prepare weekly and monthly project reports and status updates

Work with multiple project leaders and cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives

Perform additional tasks as needed to support Operations Services
