Qualification
Required
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail

Ability to ensure compliance with templates and tone guidelines
Bilingual required (English + Spanish/Portuguese)
3+ years in content management or HR operations
Bachelor's Degree is required for this role
Preferred
ACKMP certifications in Knowledge Management or ServiceNow (e.g., Certified KM Professional (CPKM®), Specialist (CKMS®), or Auditor (CKMA®))
