Responsibilities

Lead the development, writing, and submission of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring compliance with all formatting and submission requirements

Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content aligned with client requirements and Verde's brand voice

Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and subject matter experts to gather technical, operational, and sustainability-related content

Create and edit content for marketing materials, email campaigns, press releases, award submissions, white papers, and training documents

Maintain and elevate Verde's brand voice ('Verde Vibes') across proposals and communications

Develop social media and campaign copy that supports new business growth

Edit and proofread internal and external communications for grammar, clarity, and consistency

Support new business presentations and quarterly business reviews using company-approved templates

Assist with light design coordination to ensure final deliverables are visually aligned with brand standards
