Responsibilities
Execute the product vision for our enterprise AI search platform. Translate the search strategy into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized product backlog to guide the development team
Lead the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Google Gemini Enterprise (Agent Space), establishing it as the core of our internal information discovery ecosystem
Define and relentlessly optimize the end-to-end user search experience. Work continuously with engineering and data science teams to improve search relevance, accuracy, and overall performance
Partner closely with department leaders, engineering teams, and data scientists to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and manage expectations for the successful rollout and evolution of the AI search platform
Serve as the primary voice of the user for all aspects of the search experience. Conduct user research and leverage feedback to ensure the platform is intuitive and effectively solves user pain points in finding information
Champion agile principles and oversee the development lifecycle for the search platform, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, value-driven features and enhancements
Utilize search analytics, user satisfaction metrics, and performance data to make informed decisions about feature priority and the product roadmap
Clearly articulate the product backlog, feature releases, and project updates to both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a role focused on enterprise search, AI-driven products, or data platforms
Experience in Mortgage Lending, FinTech, or a related field is a significant plus
1+ years of AI experience in a product, technology, or consulting capacity, with specific knowledge of AI/ML technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs) as they apply to search and information retrieval
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and enterprise-level technology implementation
3+ years of experience driving complex product initiatives within a large enterprise environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proficient in using analytics tools to track search performance, user engagement, and success metrics
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Comfortable and effective working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
Preferred
