The role of the Non-Conventional Lending Consultant involves providing mortgage expertise, managing client relationships, and converting leads into applications while promoting various lending products.
Responsibilities
Providing mortgage industry expertise
Managing relationships
Handling sales calls and emails
Promoting brand and product mix
Delivering exceptional customer service
Educating leads and converting them to applications
Gathering documents from clients
Building referral base using tools provided
Understanding market trends and regulations in the mortgage industry
Qualification
Required
Experience in Sales and ability to open new relationships in the real estate industry
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Ability to make calls and build referral base using tools provided
Understanding of market trends and regulations in the mortgage industry
Preferred
Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending expertise preferred (not required)
Nmls license is a plus, but NOT required for 'Non conventional, private, hard money, lending'
