Responsibilities
Design and develop applications using Python/PySpark/AWS
Independently work on Architecting, Analyzing and Developing solutions
Perform code compilation and build
Work effectively on DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Perform problem-solving and debugging activities
Communicate effectively and collaborate, engaging with team members and stakeholders
Work on executing projects with the Agile framework
Solve business problems and translate those resolutions into something that is consumable by multiple audiences
Communicate with all levels of resources from entry-level operational resources to mid-level executives
Develop crisp documentation and written communications that show a strong grasp of the English language
Facilitate discussions in order to elicit business needs from diverse, cross-functional resources
Manage and handle ambiguity and drive teams towards specificity
Influence various resources to arrive at proper outcomes
Solve complex business problems that can range from strategic to tactical
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in develop applications using Python/PySpark/AWS
5+ years of experience with Hadoop or Iceberg platforms
AWS-certified Solutions Architect
Proficiency in SQL and PL-SQL
Strong knowledge of data architecture in the banking domain
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
Outstanding problem solver
Good written and verbal communication skills
