Responsibilities
Answer busy phone line and email communications
Coordinate and schedule residential estimate, installation, repair and service appointments
Utilize operating system for scheduling, invoicing and processing payments
Communicate with customers clearly and effectively about our products and services
Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
Process customer communications accurately and efficiently
Exercise administrative judgment; assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Qualification
Required
Two or more years Customer Service experience required
Proficiency to navigate basic CRM and office support software
Must be extremely detail oriented as the position involves taking down and relaying information (dates, locations & times)
Team player who can work in a small office environment
Excellent customer relation skills
Problem solving skills/have common sense

Preferred
Previous Scheduling/Logistics experience preferred
