Responsibilities

Extract and compile data from various sources, such as field notes, meeting minutes, and reports. Process the data, identify any errors or inconsistencies, and select appropriate methods for data presentation
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and the review and processing of invoices
Utilize fully applicable precedents and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Receive initial instructions and advice from clients as needed, and perform recurring work independently
Undertake assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed, selecting or adapting standard procedures. Work is reviewed for adequacy and compliance
Exercise judgment and initiative to recognize inconsistencies or gaps in data and seek additional sources to clarify information
Perform routine office tasks, including answering phones, handling routine correspondence, and operating office equipment
