Senior W/WW Engineer/Project Manager
MRB Group is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer/Project Manager for their Temple, TX office. The role involves project management, client relations, and oversight of engineering projects, while also managing budgets and mentoring staff.

Preparation of technical reports
Construction cost estimating
Contract documents and specifications
Proposals and RFQ responses
Manage, coordinate and mentor staff including project level and field employees
Drive and support business development in the region
Manage schedules, budgets, and profitability of assigned projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of Civil Engineering experience in municipal/public works projects
Texas P.E. license required
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred
AutoCAD experience a plus
