Assist in the preparation, formulation, and testing of new pizza products
Support product evaluations including sensory testing, shelf-life studies, and quality checks

Required

Comfortable working in both lab/bench settings and plant environments
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Science, or related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience accepted
1-3 years of experience in food product development, production, or technical support—pizza or frozen food experience strongly preferred
Experience working with USDA nutritional requirements and/or K-12 foodservice a plus
Familiarity with food production equipment and processes in bakery or pizza manufacturing environments
