Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives for specific products, solutions, or market segments within the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio
Collaborate with product management, sales, and technical experts to create compelling marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, website copy, presentations, videos, and social media updates
Create marketing programs based on the inherent value of our product and user experience as the primary drivers for customer acquisition, expansion, and retention, including a focus on product discovery and frictionless adoption.and Ensure all content is on-brand, technically accurate, and optimized for target audiences and channels
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising) to drive lead generation and engagement
Develop sales tools and collateral (e.g., battle cards, presentations, demos) that empower our partner and sales teams to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals
Work closely with sales to understand their needs and provide marketing support that directly contributes to their success
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and other key marketing metrics. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts and demonstrate ROI
Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, corporate communications, and other marketing teams globally to ensure integrated and consistent messaging

Required

4-6 years relevant marketing program or content development experience in a B2B software environment, CAD, PLM or related industry experience a plus
Experience in B2B marketing and eCommerce, especially in the small and medium business (SMB) market, is essential
Understanding of product-led growth initiatives related to marketing is essential
Strong writing skills and demonstrated experience delivering content for marketing campaigns, websites and sales tools, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Detail oriented. Strong project management skills. Able to handle multiple tasks, with tight and often changing deadlines. Ability to work comfortably in a matrix environment
Excellent listening and communication skills with strong ability to work with people at all levels
Experience with web content development, especially experience with Contentful, ideal
Applicable BA or BS Degree
