Business Developer
Spoken Learning is a global community that offers exceptional language programs and believes in the power of language education. They are seeking a Business Developer to represent their programs, build alliances, and guide prospects through the sales process to expand their reach globally.

Responsibilities
Network and represent Spoken Learning in professional and business circles
Schedule and attend a minimum of 10 one-on-one (30-minute) meetings per week with professionals, executives, and potential partners
Conduct in-person and virtual visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare-related organizations to present and offer Spoken Learning’s services
Build alliances and partnerships that create long-term business opportunities
Confidently present Spoken Learning’s services and set up trials
Follow up weekly with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and phone to nurture relationships and move them toward enrollment
Keep organized records of contacts, partnerships, referrals, and sales in company systems
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business development (preferably international), networking, or sales
A strong and up-to-date healthcare directory/contact list (hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals), which is required and mandatory for this position
Outstanding people skills: energetic, charismatic, and relationship-driven
Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to close deals
Strong interest in helping others, creating partnerships, and fostering long-term alliances
Great Spanish and English communication skills (C1 level)
Preferred
Experience working with global companies is highly preferred
Active LinkedIn account and familiarity with professional networking practices
Networking or Sales Achievements (optional) – If available, provide examples of partnerships, connections, or sales you have developed
