New Grad, Entry LevelKyb Americas Corporation is seeking a Research Specialist to gather and analyze automotive aftermarket data to support Sales, Product, and Procurement decisions. The role involves maintaining vehicle application and product databases, conducting market and competitor research, and ensuring data accuracy in collaboration with internal teams and global partners.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent research requests for Product, Sales, and leadership, delivering accurate results within required timelines
Maintain and update core product and application databases, including catalog changes, launch status, VIO data, and fitment updates
Analyze product coverage, application gaps, part number accuracy, and competitor offerings to support development and catalog integrity
Support product and application data compliance with industry and internal quality standards
Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams via phone and email
Support Sales and Procurement through competitor pricing and availability research to inform pricing and initial order quantities
Maintain product documentation including drawings, specifications, images, and supplier provided technical data
Perform additional duties as assigned to support product team objectives
Qualification
Required
An Associate's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Comfort working with structured data and databases
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly with Product, Sales, and Procurement teams
Must be proficient with computers, software and devices that utilize Microsoft Office applications
Strong Excel and data organization skills
Proficiency with email, collaboration, and communication tools used to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
Experience with catalog, database, and external information tools used to locate, evaluate, and maintain technical and market data
Preferred
Relevant experience in catalog research, data analysis, vehicle application research, or similar work will also be considered
