Required

Leadership and management skills, including experience supervising staff and overseeing daily operations
Strong program development and implementation expertise

Community engagement and public relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Experience working within human services, health, education, or arts programs is highly desirable
Proficiency in developing strategies to meet organizational goals and manage performance effectively
Bachelor's degree in social work, nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Familiarity with local policies and regulations applicable to community program management is a plus
