Responsibilities

Quickly ramp on the RevinAI product and the home services / HVAC landscape
Drive outbound pipeline generation, including 20+ cold calls per day
Navigate longer, multi-party deal cycles with owners, operators, and executives
Own the full sales cycle from first touch through close
Close six-figure contracts with home services and HVAC operators
Handle objections and complex buying dynamics with confidence
Contribute to building sales processes, playbooks, and best practices as we scale

Required

1–5 years of full-cycle closing experience, consistently hitting or exceeding quota
Proven ability to close six-figure deals
Experience selling at a seed to Series B tech startup
Comfort selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
Comfortable with high-volume outbound (20+ calls/day)
Confident navigating longer, complex deal cycles
Strong objection handling and executive-level communication
Willingness to travel 25–30% per month
Ability to work on-site in New York, 5 days per week
Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)

Preferred

Experience selling into HVAC or home services industries
Background selling software or AI solutions
