Responsibilities
Apply installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for every fenestration
Ensure all projects have been sold in a manner commensurate with company policies and financial objectives
Determine workflow, project complexity, and identification of appropriate skills necessary to complete a project
Provide complete installation methods and material estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards
Processing of project related paperwork and other administrative duties, including EPA lead safe work practice documentation
Other job duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in construction project management
Ability to work independently
Strong mathematical skills
Excellent communication skills for handling customer conflicts
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks at hand
Ability to travel within location territory
Valid US driver's license and automobile insurance required
