Responsibilities
Performing assigned project quality control reviews ensuring technical and scope accuracy while identifying change order opportunities and documenting all results
Identifying and tracking errors and omissions provided by the Operations Centers. Identifying and communicating corrective actions while also providing best practice training
Evaluating and responding to technical RFIs, responding to 'Issues & Opportunities' record in ECT routed by the Engineering Coordinator. Performing ongoing maintenance of customer site standards in ECT
Performing cost engineering reviews to ensure total cost of installation and material selection proposed by the Operations Centers is the most cost effective
Informing Project Coordinator and Engineering Coordinator via ECT when submittals are ready for submission
Providing regular coaching to project team members and Operations Center employees to ensure continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or state-recognized GED
5+ years technical experience in the HVAC Controls
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, specifications, network, and control wiring diagrams. Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet
Ability to work in cloud-based platforms and to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities from internal partners to meet deadlines
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
