Understanding traditional real estate matters, such as title and survey due diligence and preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements
Experience in real estate corporate governance, such as the preparation and negotiation of joint ventures, and in real estate finance

Required

2 to 5 years of meaningful experience practicing in the area of commercial real estate

Experience in real estate finance
First-rate writing, analytical, and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials
Admitted to and in Good Standing with the Colorado Bar or admitted to and in Good Standing with another state's Bar (and willing to waive in or sit before the Colorado Bar)
