Mad Engine Global LLC is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Ecommerce Project Manager to join their growing digital team. This role is pivotal in managing seasonal programs, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring all moving parts stay aligned.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars and timelines for ecommerce product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key development milestones

Act as a central point of communication between internal teams (creative, production, merchandising, sales) and external partners

Maintain cross-department project trackers and ensure timely follow-ups

Own the relationship with the licensing team to support Print-on-Demand (POD) artwork approvals, ensuring timely submissions and alignment with brand guidelines

Collaborate with the ecommerce merchandising team on digital catalog builds and seasonal updates

Curate art for product programs and submit requests for new artwork development

Balance multiple personalities and working styles while keeping teams focused and projects on schedule

Drive clarity and accountability across project workflows

Required

2+ years of experience in project management, ecommerce, merchandising, or a related field

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail

Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently

Preferred

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Trello, Airtable)

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and digital merchandising
