Responsibilities
Contribute to and oversee the site planning aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, schedule, and environmental standards
Assist in identifying and addressing zoning and permitting requirements, including easements and other regulatory considerations
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party consultants—including development, construction operations, and design professionals—to define project requirements and deliver effective solutions
Provide creative problem-solving support to continuously improve the site planning process
Coordinate and present reports, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders
Evaluate and implement innovative materials, methods, and technologies to enhance project efficiency and sustainability
Lead and participate in site de-risking exercises to identify potential issues and implement timely mitigation strategies
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience in a land development or site analyst roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address schedule-related challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues on multiple projects simultaneously
