Associate Project Accountant
RealREPP is a 100% employee-owned company seeking an Associate Project Accountant to partner with the Project Management team. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely invoicing, and adherence to project accounting policies throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities
Ensures accurate reporting of financial information and timely invoicing pertaining to a particular project
Maintains project-related ledger accounts
Disseminates month-end project reports to management and relevant business lines
Maintains list of month-end deadlines and ensure that profit and cash flow forecasts are prepared on time and accurately
Reviews project forecasts on a regular basis and ensure any outstanding matters are dealt with on a timely basis
Maintains project register
Prepares month-end posting/ allocations and accruals
Controls the accounts payable and receivable tasks for the project
Identifies and assists with the resolution of basic project-related accounting issues
Ensures policies and procedures for project accounting are adhered to
Qualification
Required
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with intermediate level ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Finance
1-3 years' of project accounting experience
Basic accounting knowledge
Good organization skills with high level of attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good customer service skills
Good analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Able to analyze and resolve basic issues
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
