Leader Development Administrative Coordinator

The Leader Development Administrative Coordinator will support the Leader Development and Field Staff Payroll teams by managing payroll processes and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations for Field Staff globally.

Responsibilities
Validate time submissions, run and review reports, and submit for payroll on regular payroll cycle
Communicate with Field Staff regarding their time entry submissions and pay including management of fieldstaffpayroll@backroads.com inbox
Assist with status changes and communication
Assist with annual Field Staff pay increases
Assist with Field Staff onboarding and reactivations
Provide general administrative support to the Leader Development and/or People & Culture teams
Additional projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and rapid, accurate data entry ability
Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and the technical aptitude to learn proprietary databases
Ability to learn quickly and navigate multiple systems
Impeccable time management and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic about working for Backroads and have a passion for active travel and the outdoors
Preferred
Payroll processing skills and HRIS systems experience are preferred but not required
Workday experience preferred but not required
