Responsibilities

You will build the foundation for our outbound engagement. This means researching key accounts, identifying decision-makers, and mapping their tech stacks so we can engage with precision
You will audit and organize our collateral library. You will ensure that when a team member needs a case study or a specific slide, they can find it in 30 seconds, not 30 minutes
You will be the Operational Lead for a major industry conference

Required

Demonstrated experience or interest in inverter-based resources, data centers, AI, manufacturing, and/or energy markets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, capable of influencing engineering, operations and executive teams
Self-starter with a bias for action, who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, and is comfortable building from scratch
Proven problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

Prior CRM Exposure (Salesforce/Attio)
Basic Design Eye (Figma/Canva)
Leadership / Marketing / Conferences / Event Experience
Public Speaking Confidence
