Responsibilities

Lead presales engagements across Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud modules including Financials, Procurement, Project Portfolio Management, Risk Management, and Budgeting
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and executive-level presentations tailored to prospect needs
Design end-to-end ERP solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud aligned to client business processes and transformation initiatives
Ensure solutions incorporate best practices, compliance standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), and scalable architecture
Collaborate with CFOs, CIOs, Controllers, and finance leadership to understand strategic objectives and challenges
Translate complex financial and operational goals into cloud-enabled ERP solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
Work closely with internal sales, delivery, offshore development teams, and Oracle solution consultants to drive alignment and win strategies
Facilitate solution handoffs from sales to delivery to maintain continuity and customer satisfaction
Lead discovery workshops, road mapping sessions, and value assessments to position Oracle Cloud ERP as the platform of choice
Stay current with Oracle product innovations, including Redwood UI, Oracle AI, and automation features
Own the ERP solution strategy in response to RFPs, RFIs, and proposal documents
Develop win themes and ensure ERP solution components clearly demonstrate business value and competitive differentiation
Oversee early-phase delivery engagements to ensure fidelity between proposed solutions and implemented designs
Provide advisory support to project teams and act as an executive sponsor on key accounts when needed

Required

10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion Financials) solution architecture, implementation, and/or presales roles
Proven experience leading large-scale ERP presales engagements and delivering successful business outcomes
Deep functional knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, including: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Procurement and Self-Service Procurement, Project Financial Management (PPM), Budgeting, Forecasting, and Planning (EPM knowledge is a plus), Risk Management and Compliance
Strong understanding of ERP data models, reporting, and integration strategies with third-party and legacy systems
Skilled in articulating ROI and TCO for Oracle ERP Cloud transformations
Ability to engage business and IT stakeholders in value-driven conversations around finance and operational transformation
Experience leading cross-functional, global teams in complex sales and solutioning environments
Strong customer focus and executive presence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both business and technical audiences

Preferred

Oracle ERP Cloud certifications
Experience in multi-pillar Oracle Cloud deals (e.g., ERP + SCM or ERP + EPM)
Familiarity with industry-specific ERP needs (e.g., manufacturing, public sector, higher education, healthcare)
