Responsibilities

Tracking study portal submissions/approvals and help direct priorities
Monitor GPU/CPU usage across teams to ensure efficient distribution of resources and budget
Maintain up-to-date documentation on allocation policies, intake procedures and escalation paths
Suggest incremental process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase transparency
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, legal and financial guidelines

Budget trackingGPU/CPU workload knowledgeAI/ML experienceData collection pipelinesData analysisCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

Familiarity with budget tracking, cost reporting, or operational financial processes
Strong communication skills, with the ability to parter effectively with technical DRI
High attention to detail, organizational rigor, and comfort navigating fast-paced environments

Preferred

Working knowledge of GPU/CPU workload behavior, priority queues, and orchestration systems
Prior work with AI/ML, high performance compute, or large data-collection pipelines
Ability to interpret usage data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Experience within another technology organization in data collection studies
