They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth by building long-term relationships with residential and commercial customers, leveraging product knowledge and sales expertise to promote solutions and secure orders.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with residential and commercial clients through research, field visits, lead follow-up, and relationship-building with contractors, builders, and homeowners
Prepare and manage sales estimates and proposals, including take-offs from plans or site visits, ensuring competitive pricing and alignment with company goals
Collaborate with inside sales and other divisions to fulfill orders, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional service that meets or exceeds customer expectations
Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships, providing field support when necessary and promoting ongoing communication to drive repeat business
Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and events, staying engaged in market trends and contributing to business development efforts across divisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant work experience
Proven outside sales experience, 5+ years
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Preferred
Epicor BisTrack Business Management Software is a plus
