Responsibilities
Own full-cycle services sales opportunities: prospecting to close
Lead with services: attach hardware and software where needed
Build a self-sourced pipeline through outbound and in-field engagement
Identify expansion and renewal opportunities in existing accounts
Position Weaver ELMs (Enterprise Lifecycle Management) and MSAs (Managed Services Agreements)
Forecast accurately using disciplined MEDDIC qualification
Engage face-to-face with customers and partners: offices, events, trainings
Bring delivery and PMO teams in early to ensure successful outcomes
Support revenue protection and revenue expansion models
Qualification
Required
1-4 years of B2B sales experience with measurable success
Experience owning conversations and early-stage deal cycles
Strong written, verbal, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with solution selling and customer outcomes focus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
