Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective investors across all fundraising initiatives
Communicate investment strategies, structures, performance, and timelines with clarity and professionalism
Support capital raises for both Cardone Ventures’ internal funds and external client mandates
Ensure regulatory alignment
Guide investors through onboarding, subscription, and follow-up processes
Maintain detailed records of investor interactions, feedback, and capital commitments
Represent the firm in investor meetings, webinars, conferences, and one-on-one presentations
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of securities regulations including Reg A, Reg D (506(b) and 506(c)), Reg CF, and related equity-raise frameworks
Proven experience in investor relations, capital raising, private equity, real estate syndication, or alternative investments
Strong financial literacy with the ability to explain deal economics, returns, and risk factors
Familiarity with CRM systems and investor tracking tools
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong attention to detail with a compliance-first mindset
