Project Director
Bright Mind Enrichment & Schooling is an award-winning non-profit organization recognized for innovative initiatives aimed at creating positive change in society. The Project Director will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization's mission.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development of project plans, including setting timelines, defining deliverables, and coordinating resources
Communicate with project stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, community partners, and beneficiaries, ensuring alignment and timely updates
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as status reports, meeting minutes, and evaluation reports. Ensure compliance with funders' requirements
Recruit, train, and manage volunteers involved in project activities
Help plan and organize project-related events, such as workshops, conferences, or community outreach events
Identify potential risks to project timelines and outcomes, and propose solutions to mitigate issues
Assist with the development and implementation of tools to measure project impact and outcomes
Provide general administrative assistance to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing communication, and handling logistics
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders
Preferred
Budget tracking and financial management experience is a plus
