Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Document and communicate claims activity clearly and efficiently
Review the work of less experienced personnel and provide training as appropriate
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience in personal auto claim processing
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with technology and excellent communication skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude and 'street smarts'
Superior skills in coverage analysis and negotiation
Preferred
Spanish fluency is a plus
Bachelor/Associate Degree a plus
