New Grad, Entry LevelEmmanuel Hospice is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day and future scheduling for our field teams, ensuring consistent care delivery and timely communication of changes.

Responsibilities
Prepare and communicate staff schedules, including weekend and on-call coverage
Update scheduling software and spreadsheets with accurate information
Coordinate coverage for vacations, call-ins, training, and other staffing needs
Monitor and maintain Teams schedules across multiple disciplines
Manage HRIS functions, including timecard approvals and PTO requests
Maintain and update coverage spreadsheets, night/weekend/holiday schedules, and monthly physician schedules
Assign tasks in MatrixCare during Hope Visits/SFV checks
Support Office team with communication to patients, families, and vendors
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, organizational policies, and state/federal regulations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous healthcare experience required
Experience with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office products
Strong background in customer service, clerical work, and scheduling
Preferred
some college preferred
hospice or homecare experience preferred
