Responsibilities

Lead large, cross-functional project teams to execute complex technology initiatives and deliver strategic business value
Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Serve as a central point of coordination between business leaders, technical teams, enterprise architecture, and vendors to enable collaboration and break down silos
Partner closely with business stakeholders to align project outcomes with strategic objectives and operational needs
Proactively track progress against project plans, identify risks and issues early, and drive resolution to maintain delivery commitments
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, quality expectations, and contractual requirements
Provide clear, consistent communication to executive stakeholders on status, risks, decisions, and outcomes

Required

7+ years of experience leading high-complexity technology projects
5+ years of experience managing SAP or other large-scale enterprise IT initiatives
Active PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through complex change
Experience coordinating with external vendors or system integrators on enterprise technology programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

Direct experience leading SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations
Familiarity with core SAP functional modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP) and their integrations
Experience with change management, training, and user adoption strategies within large-scale ERP transformations
