JICO/AJOC Operational Test Program Analyst, SME

Responsibilities
Advise and assist by supporting the development and implementation of T&E projects for Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) weapons system
Interface with warfighter expertise across the Theater Air Control System (TACS), Intelligence Systems, Nuclear C2 Systems, and other C4ISR Systems as tasked
T&E activities include, but are not limited to: test concept, design, and methodology development; test planning; test instrumentation; test execution and data collection; test data reduction and analysis; assist in the development of test reports and test briefings
Assist in the development and production of draft test plans and reports for Government approval on each system for T&E. Contractors may also be requested to support major exercises (Blue Flag, Red Flag, Cyber Flag, Virtual Flag, Orange Flag, and Emerald Flag, etc.)
Advise and assist by supporting C4ISR system T&E (including FDE, OUE, OA, TD&E activities, Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrations (ACTD), Middle Tier Acquisitions (MTA), Rapid Prototyping, Agile, Concept Demonstrations, and special projects conducted and supported by the 605 TES
Support shall focus on, but not be limited to, T&E of the following current and any future C4ISR architectures, such as BCS-F, Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS); DoD cryptographic (or AFGSC Command Post) systems and Air Force Logistics systems
Qualification
Required
JICO or AJOC certified tactical data link (TDL) SME with 5 years of experience
Ten 10 years of Command and Control (C2) experience in an air operations center (AOC), control and reporting center (CRC), air defense sector (ADS), battle command and control center (BC3) or other sister service related/equivalent weapons system
Three (3) years of experience as an operational tester desired
Proof of U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this position
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to date of hire
Must have the ability to obtain a US Top Secret/SCI SSBI within six (6) months of hire
Depending on the programs being supported, candidates may be required to be read into Special Access Programs (SAP)
May be required to read into Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) Information, Nuclear Command and Control Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2-ESI), and/or Critical Nuclear Weapon Design Information (CNWDI)
