Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
5+ years of experience of demonstrated ownership of both revenue and cost components of a P&L, with deep cost-side fluency
Demonstrable track record of delivering high quality output in an environment that can be fluid and uncertain
Strong numeracy: comfort with metrics, financial reporting, and working with large datasets
Exceptional organizational and communication skills both internally and in a client- or investor-facing context
Founder/entrepreneur sense of prioritization and urgency, whether you have been a founder (a plus!) or not
Experience directly managing frontline and field-based teams, such as drivers and dispatch
Ability to work across teams including operations, engineering, and infrastructure to build scalable solutions
High comfort level working through complex datasets independently; SQL or Excel fluency expected
Preferred
Prior operations management, logistics, or business operations experience
Comfort writing SQL queries and building own datasets rather than needing others to do it
