Responsibilities

Manage and execute royalty audits for entertainment clients across music, film, and digital platforms
Review and interpret complex royalty statements, contracts, and participation agreements
Identify underreported income, discrepancies, and contractual non-compliance
Communicate findings and recommendations directly with clients and their representatives
Supervise audit staff, providing guidance on fieldwork, analysis, and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams (tax, accounting, and business management) to ensure consistency and accuracy of client data
Prepare detailed audit reports and assist in settlement negotiations when necessary
Maintain strong relationships with record labels, studios, and digital service providers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in royalty auditing, participation accounting, or entertainment finance

Proficiency in Excel; experience with royalty systems or data analytics tools a plus
Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
