Responsibilities
Support attorneys on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and debt and equity deals
Coordinate due diligence, prepare and review conveyance and closing documents, and manage the closing process
Handle UCC filings and searches, assist with entity formation and organizational documents, and support special assignments such as routine legal research and filings
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a law firm or in-house department
Ability to support attorneys on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and debt and equity deals
Experience coordinating due diligence
Experience preparing and reviewing conveyance and closing documents
Experience managing the closing process
Experience handling UCC filings and searches
Experience assisting with entity formation and organizational documents
Ability to support special assignments such as routine legal research and filings
Preferred
Experience with large, complex transactions
Proficiency in title and survey review
