Responsibilities
Represent financial institutions and other related service providers in a wide variety of matters that includes consumer protection cases, class actions, and government investigations
Represent clients in high-profile litigation and class action cases
Client contact and engagement with litigation teams on complex cases
Assisting in all aspects of strategy, development, and preparation for hearings, agency tribunal proceedings, and participation in trials
Presenting motions and arguments in court
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school
5+ year(s) of litigation experience
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Preferred
Admission to local state bar - Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida or Texas is preferred
