Present and sell Allstate insurance policies, including auto, home, and life
Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Active Louisiana Property & Casualty License is a plus
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Excellent problem-solving skills
