LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior Specialist in Software Engineering to lead AWS DevOps initiatives. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and CICD pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain AWS infrastructure with high availability and fault tolerance

Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible

Build and optimize CICD pipelines using Jenkins GitLab Bamboo or similar tools

Integrate containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes EKS into deployment workflows

Automate provisioning configuration and deployments

Monitor system performance using AWS CloudWatch Prometheus Splunk and SignalFX

Ensure platform security and compliance through best practices and AWS Trusted Advisor

Implement access controls using IAM and AWS SSO

Work closely with development QA and offshore teams to streamline delivery

Mentor junior engineers and lead DevOps initiatives across teams

Qualification

Required

Experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure roles

Strong handson expertise in AWS services EC2 S3 RDS VPC Lambda etc

Proficiency in scripting languages like Python Bash or Shell

Experience with container orchestration Kubernetes Helm and CICD tools

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools CloudWatch ELK stack Datadog

Mandatory Skills: Azure DevOps
