The primary purpose of this role is to provide CADD support, perform basic design work, and interact with other functional areas such as Quality Assurance and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Basic design work including fit studies, tolerance studies, etc

CADD support based on red lined drawings

Performs other assignments as directed by local management

Interact and support other functional areas of the department such as Quality Assurance and manufacturing

Required

Associates degree in CADD or a related field required

Minimum of two years' experience in field of expertise is required

Strong mathematical skills required

Computer Aided Drafting experience is required

Solid Modeling experience is required

SolidWorks experience is required

Must be extremely detail and accuracy oriented

Must be process oriented

Must have good organizational skills

Must be a good decision maker and problem solver

Must be an excellent communicator

Must present a positive and professional appearance and image

Must be an independent self-starter who is capable of functioning in a team environment

Ability to perform the essential functions assigned to the position
