Mid LevelBuddy + Co is a brand incubator and agency that partners closely with founders in the fashion, home, and lifestyle space. They are seeking a Content Lead & Visual Storyteller to document, create, and design content across founder storytelling, the Buddy + Co brand, and select client work.

Responsibilities
Film and photograph content using iPhone and/or DSLR
Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Design clean, on-brand graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
Organize and manage content libraries and asset folders
Collaborate closely with the founder and internal team on creative direction
Maintain discretion and professionalism with client content
Deliver content consistently and on deadline
Qualification
Required
Strong visual taste and design sensibility
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or Canva
Experience with Figma or similar tools
Confident shooting and editing short-form video
Solid understanding of composition, typography, and layout
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
Comfortable working in real environments including homes, offices, and renovation sites
Preferred
Experience working with founders or small creative teams
Background in fashion, interiors, or lifestyle brands
Motion graphics or light animation experience
Copy sensibility for captions or headlines
