Responsibilities
Lead the Enterprise PMO, managing a team of business partners and project managers to deliver strategic programs and projects on time and within budget
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex implementations, including those in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical or healthcare industry
Develop and implement PMO methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure consistent project execution and reporting
Collaborate with key business functions to include Finance, Supply Chain Operations, HR, & Legal teams to understand their needs, translating business requirements into IT solutions
Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on how technology can automate and simplify functional operations and decision-making
Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into actionable project plans
Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for PMO staff and business partners
Monitor project performance, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across project teams
Support enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives and other business-critical projects
Ensure alignment of PMO activities with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements
Performs other tasks and duties as necessary
Lead and inspire a team of program/project managers and business partners, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence
Mentor and develop next-generation leaders across the IT organization
Foster strong collaboration across IT, finance, operations, and digital functions

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business support roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
Proven track record of managing large, complex programs in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical or healthcare industry
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience implementing PMO best practices, methodologies, and tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Master's Degree in a relevant field
PMP or similar project management certification
Experience with ERP implementations and enterprise business systems
