Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative and scheduling responsibilities
Proficiency in communication (both verbal and written), including acting as a liaison between team members, clients, and vendors
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records, documents, and correspondence
Technical skills including experience using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and other relevant tools
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
A positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional support to the team
Preferred
Prior experience in real estate or administrative roles is a plus
current real estate license preferred in either MI or OH
