Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate Conversational AI agents with multi-turn dialog, intent recognition, and context management

Develop NLP pipelines for intent classification, entity extraction (NER), slot filling, and dialog state tracking

Train, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning models, including transformers, for domain-specific tasks

Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, Hive-based data pipelines, and big data workflows using Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka

Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows for task-oriented systems

Deploy AI/ML systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with Docker/Kubernetes

Monitor model and data pipeline performance, manage model retraining, and ensure reliability in production

Generate KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting from AI-driven outputs

Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance throughout the ML lifecycle

Required

Expert in Python for AI/ML, NLP, and backend services

Strong SQL skills, including working with Hive tables

Object-oriented programming experience in Java or Scala for data pipelines

Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)

Strong NLP knowledge: tokenization, embeddings, intent detection, NER, sequence modeling, and transformers

Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, schema evolution, and large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)

Experience with cloud deployment and MLOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and model versioning

Strong understanding of model training, testing, validation, and error analysis

Preferred

Experience with enterprise Conversational AI platforms

Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration frameworks

Experience generating business KPIs and analytics dashboards using tools like Tableau or Superset

Exposure to Finance, FP&A, workforce planning, or supply chain domains
