The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent and support the company’s staffing needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions
Post job openings on various channels (job boards, social media, internal portals)
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding documentation
Promote employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Able to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR support, recruiting, or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS tools is a plus
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
