Responsibilities
Technical tax analysis on complex initiatives, including M&A, divestitures, cash repatriation, group financing, and reorganizations
Monitoring legislative and regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the organization’s tax positions
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including advisors, business partners, and tax authorities
Analysis of global tax developments and their implications for the company’s tax profile
Support for annual tax compliance requirements
Evaluation of the international tax structure to identify opportunities for optimization
Contribution to tax audit initiatives and responses to related requests
Process improvement opportunities through the use of automation, technology, and the organization’s business model
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
2+ years of relevant experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, top law firm, or corporate tax department of a U.S.-based multinational enterprise
Ability to work onsite in Glenview five days per week, with flexibility on hours
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
Collaborative, results‑driven mindset
Capacity to manage multiple projects and timelines
