New Grad, Entry LevelNorthern Advisory Group is a growing wealth management practice focused on long-term client relationships and entrepreneurial advisors. The Junior Associate Financial Advisor will work directly with a Senior Advisor to build and manage a successful financial advisory practice, focusing on client acquisition and relationship management.

Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and develop new client relationships
Build and grow your own book of business
Prepare for and participate in client meetings, including:
Discovery meetings
Financial plan preparation
Investment and strategy presentations
Assist Senior Advisor(s) with:
Client reviews and planning updates
Portfolio analysis and recommendations
Meeting follow-ups and implementation
Learn and apply proven systems for:
Client acquisition
Relationship management
Practice growth and retention
Qualification
Required
Series 7/66 (or equivalent) required within a defined timeframe
Preferred
SIE preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field)
Prior sales, business development, or relationship-driven experience is a plus
