They are seeking a Development Manager to support fundraising initiatives, manage grants, and cultivate donor relationships to enhance the organization's financial sustainability and impact.

Responsibilities
Grant research, writing, management, and reporting
Implementation, management, and tracking of annual fundraising campaigns and fundraising events
Cultivate and retain a robust portfolio of donors and partners; building relationships to help further MORTAR’s mission in accordance with the departmental engagement plan
Act as a representative of MORTAR at community events, meetings, and gatherings

Preferred
At least two years of professional or volunteer nonprofit fundraising
Database entry and management
